Enforcement & General Guidelines:
Support Team follows a tiered enforcement system based on the severity of the violation. Written warnings for the first offense are for minor violations. Major violations, including hacking, result in a written warning combined with a 20-day ban. Immediate suspensions occur for violations that obstruct a Game Master's duties.
Multiple minor offenses are cumulative. If a player commits two different minor violations simultaneously, the penalty will escalate to the higher offense of the two.

Reporting Requirements:
To report an illegal user, a player must submit a report including their account name, character name, and server name, alongside the offender's character name and server name. An appropriate, unedited screenshot must be attached.
Note: False reports or repeating reports for the same incident are subject to account suspension.
-
Real-World Trading (RWT) Policy:
Support Team will not entertain any reports regarding illegal transactions such as PHP trades, real-world items for game items, or trades involving gamecards. Klasik Software Publishing does not support these trades. TRADE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
